• All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Full payment will be required before commencing work on bespoke projects.
• Full payment is due before completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Design Approval

• Clients must approve all designs before printing. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions once the design has been approved.
• Any changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.

5. Delivery

• Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order. We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party carriers.
• Shipping costs are included unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the bespoke nature of our services, returns and refunds are only accepted in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
